"There was a water leak in the middle of the night, and maintenace came to fix it in the morning delaying our day as we could not shower etc. The response from the reception when we told them was sorry but in a way that felt it was normal and we should accept it. Then our sun tan lotions were taken from the sun lounger when we left for a few minutes and the straw that broke the camels back was unprofessional approach at breakfast.Sufice to say we complained and were told the manager would contact us today, guess what still no contact. Based on their approach to customer service I wouldnt stay there again."

"This hotel was fine for checking into before a 2.30am flight the next morning. The lunchtime buffet was fine (approx £20 each). Room was in pretty good condition, but the shower leaked slightly. Could have done with better TV channels. Not much for English travellers. The 11pm shuttle was a bit of a bunfight to get into. Not sure what happened to the people who didn't fit into it! The building causes a lot of shade, so you don't get much sun in the afternoon."
