Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Turn off all indoor and outdoor lights.
- Turn down the NEST Thermostat to 55 degrees.

IMPORTANT: Bag all garbage and place in bear-resistant bins by the garage. Extra goes in garage cans with lids on. Do not leave trash indoors or outside bins. Take any excess with you when departing.
- Turn hot tub thermostat to 88 degrees.
- Make sure hot tub iscovered. Please replace all furniture back in original locations.
- Be sure outdoor grill is covered and the gas is turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
