We thought the communication with the rental company was great. We asked for an early check in day before and they were more than happy to accommodate. "The house is such a wonderful location especially if you're going to Palisades. It's the perfect combo of feeling secluded in the woods and being very close to restaurants and the freeway. It's great for a large group. We loved that we could bring our dog. We had everything we needed and a lot of space. My favorite feature of the house is the big beautiful living room window. It was snowing so it was like we were staying in a snow globe."

"We skied for a couple of days in March 2024 and greatly enjoyed this house. It's spacious, well appointed and has a ton of sleeping spots. We used the free shuttle one day and drove/parked the next day to the slopes which both worked well. The only downside was that a couple of the beds had very, very firm memory foam which wasn't comfy for our family members, who weren't used to it so didn't sleep well.
