"Absolutely beautiful hotel and property with 5 star service. The breakfast bar was incredible with many options. We loved the pancake machine and coffee machine, fresh fruit and pastries. The shuttle is so convenient in getting to the city center. We felt like rock stars with VIP treatment. Also packed a breakfast for our early flight home. They arranged taxi's and tickets for us. Gave us great advice and recommendations. Book this hotel!"

So close and walkable to everything we wanted to see, right near the Ponte Vecchio bridge and plenty of great restaurants and wine bars but on a relatively quiet side street. Staff were amazing and very friendly with each encounter. Our room was spacious and quite comfortable."

"The hotel is very clean and upgraded like a contemporary new hotel. Actually it is like an apartment studio so it is spacious and feels like home. Will be good for longer time stay although I stayed for a weekend. Location is convenient and close to everything and safe with many nice shops and restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I like it has a kitchen. The staff are very helpful and professional. They helped me book a taxi service to the airport as booking taxi in Italy can be stressful. I enjoyed my stay a lot and will definitely consider this place again next time. "

"Stayed at Villa Carlotta for 4 night in September and it was great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is in beautiful and in a safe area a 10 minute walk to Boboli Gardens and the old city. Parking available on site. "
