Christmas Time Getaway

We had a wonderful stay the weekend after Christmas. The home had absolutely everything we needed and was both comfortable and beautiful! Everything was clearly labeled and so easy settle in. Very close to the beach which was awesome to visit even in the winter!

Perfect OOB location! Close enough walk to all the madness of the pier but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. Super clean home and offered everything you would need for a day at the beach! Highly recommend.

Perfect Ocean Getaway

We were looking for an off season weekend beach getaway and this location was perfect. We loved the beautifully appointed and clean house which was a two minute walk from the beach. The house even had a couple of partial ocean views. And the beach was wonderful. We could take our dog on and let her run. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return!

The house was as shown on the website. Location was great, with a view on the beach /ocean and just a few steps to walk to get there. Just a nice walk to get to the pier. The house was clean and pretty with all necessary commodities.

Great house stone throw form the beach

Great place.... Very clean and everything you will need to stay. It was three levels and it had supplies needed for the beach (Beach wagon, chairs, towel, sand toys...). We stayed off season so most of the houses were vacant. We would definately come back again. I did send two messages to the owner, but did not get a response.

Relaxing beach trip

My husband and i loved this VRBO ! Its just steps from the beach everthing you would need for your trip is is there. The house is beautifully decorated and the furnishings are very comfortable. But i think what we loved most was watching the sun rise from the living room window. I definitely would recommend this rental.

Stayed here one night prior to flying out of Portland. Wish we would have stayed another night or two! Beach house was clean, cozy and very cute! Loved the view of the beach and water from the second floor living room window. Appreciated the homey beach stay for the end of our week long vaca in Maine. Highly recommend!!

Relaxing girls weekend

This beach house looks nearly new inside, is well appointed, well decorated, and extra clean. If you love Old Orchard Beach, then you can be walking the beach in no time since it's located in the second row of houses from the beach itself. Our Fall Girls Weekend was a success - when we weren't walking on the beach, there was plenty to do in nearby towns (shopping, sight-seeing) and the restaurants in the area are very good. If you want to make your own meals, the kitchen has everything you need to cook with and then some. No matter what the season, I would recommend this cozy beach house!

Family beach vacation

Family vacation with five adults, a three year old and a ten month old. The rental had enough space and nice amenities to accommodate all of us. We enjoyed quite a few family meals at the long dining room table, made smoothies in the blender. The kids were a little too young for all the rides and games at the Pier so we mainly stayed at the beach - the wagon, buckets and beach toys came in handy. There were also boogie boards and kites available to use. Jason was very hospitable, the place was clean. Only negative comment is that a woman next door had barking dogs and was blasting ’80’s music. I think Boy George is very talented, but Carma Chameleon got a little old the third time around. Hopefully she was just renting the place for a week. Otherwise the whole vacation was fantastic

It was not right on the beach as pictures indicated but it was close The house was beautiful and clean but the stairs were a problem for me (70 years old). The secondary 1/2 bathroom was downstairs off the entrance. That was a problem for us.
