The staff do a fantastic job with assisting you, getting food replenished / serving/ cleaning tables during breakfast buffet. 👏 😀 The room was really nice. Other reviewers were saying on how clean their rooms were kept. But, this is where I'm going to disagree. I stayed for three nights, and I understand the hotels Eco cleaning (replacement of bedding upon request), but into my second day, towels and garbage was done, but vacuuming the floors/ cleaning sink/ shower/ tub was not. We spoke with the lobby staff, and was told that we have to pay extra to get that done. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I'm sorry, but for over $400 (40000¥) a night, that should be done without charge and done by at least the second day of stay. I've stayed at very budget hotels and this is done DAILY, which includes bedding replacement. Hence, the three star rating. Just say, that this definitely put a sour note to our special stay. Sorry, but I'll look for another hotel/ resort to stay, for a special occasion, somewhere else for that price point.

We’re staying here for 4 nights, wonderful environment and considerate amenity to all the guests. The staff are friendly but not speak English at all, mostly likely to communicate with body language. To be concluded, it’s a lovely holiday hotel that I would come again.

We stayed in the Annex building which was amazing. We didnt realize they had drinks included so that was a nice surprise along with the beautiful lounge area, and we loved the jacuzzi tub. We spent 4 days and while I understand not changing bedding the rest of cleaning was pretty limited (eg: floors not done). Only other complaint is that the hotel wasn't as soundproofed as others we stayed at in Japan, so someone's kid running laps at 10pm in the room next to ours was very disruptive. Otherwise it was very quiet (no road noise etc).

アネックス棟に宿泊しました。部屋のジャグジーはとても快適でした。南国ならではの高温多湿のため、カビが発生しやすい環境なので、そこが気になる人もいるかもしれません。ビーチやコンビニに近かったり、朝ごはんビュッフェも良かったです。

チェックイン時もう少しゆっくりと説明をしてくれたらよかったと感じました、 外国人の方が職員さんなので、早口だと何をいってるのかわからない時がありました。 アルコールやドリンクがフリーなのはいいと思ったが、酎ハイのアレンジとかの説明などあるとたのしいかなと思いましたが、いい宿泊でした。 ありがとございました。

写真だと、もう少し静かで大人のホテルのイメージでしたが、だいぶファミリー向けでワイワイした感じでした。ジャグジー付きのアネックスの部屋にしてみましたが、友人2人だとちょっとだけ気恥ずかしいほどの開放感あるお部屋でした。ただ、1Fは景色は豊かな緑です。ファミリーやカップルだとすごく楽しいかもしれません。ホテル棟でもよかったのかも。 きれいではあるものの、それほどセンスを感じない客室でした。
