Our greeting was very friendly and cheerful. The security to get to our room was thorough , if a little complicated , first time through.
Our twin room was clean, comfortable and ensuite looked new.
The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. However it was very busy because of a large group on the AnzacLong weekend. There wre still enough hot plates , fridges etc. but another kettle would have been useful.

Tidy and comfortable accommodation.
Stayed during winter and there was plenty of warm bedding and a heater available.
Easy check in and check out and friendly staff.
If I was being picky the window latches were worn so a bit difficult to close, and the body wash had run out in the shower of the ensuite bathroom, but nothing that detracted from an otherwise great stay.
