Property was located overlooking the sea. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the mornings were excellent and our server Nicoletta she was amazing she had the most amazing personality. The hot tub in the room created the perfect atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this location. My wife and I got there Friday night same and was able to do plate smashing same night at the restaurant. Overall we had an amazing experience.

The location was perfect including a full view of the caldera. We had a 2 bedroom and it was even more spacious than expected. The service was also excellent, with special thanks to the porters who carried our luggage up and down the stairs.

Beautiful property; the rooms were spacious. I stayed at the WHITE PEARL LAOKASTI SUITES across the street, with a restaurant and swimming pool bar, not the actual villas facing the sea—these are part of the Whites Pearl Villas. This info would have been useful before booking, so I could have been better prepared. Nonetheless, this property is in the best part of the area. The staff was wonderful. I would recommend it if you are not looking forward to waking up to a view of the sea.

Room great, location wonderful, view unbelievable, lots of walking and climbing stairs so be ready for that. Had an early am flight and asked and was reassured several times that someone will be there to help with bags and guess what no one was there, no one to contact and no one answered the phone so we carried our luggage up what is equivalent to 5 flights of stairs to get to street

The staff were great, they tried to go above and beyond. However, the listing was misleading. They will put pictures which look nice - 2 pools, big rooms - but in reality it was 1 jacuzzi, smaller room. Its definitely not a 5 star experience. Maybe 3 star. The rooms you see is not what you get, its based on availability - and you might be out of luck. Overall - for the premium price you pay - there are better options. Also - for honeymoon package - 130 euros got me - few rose petals, cheap candles and some baklava, a bottle of generic wine. Not worth it.
