"This was my second stay at this property. Great location for the

resort. Was clean with friendly staff and good breakfast. Only negatives were the ice machine on 2nd floor not working. And twice my room key quit working doing a 2 day stay which was annoying and inconvenient. Also, I attempted to use the treadmill in the fitness center and it was so incredibly load and sounded like it was going to break. Definitely needs serviced or replaced. "

"The staff at this property was exceptional. We were travelling with another family for a group event. Jill was so accommodating, allowing us to play cards in the common area, have our pizza, and socialize with other families. The pool was also just the right temperature and not crowded. We enjoyed our stay because of the wonderful hospitality we received. The property is older and could use some updating but it was clean and served our needs. "They are remolding. It was still fine. Not a lot of choices for breakfast but it was fine. Staff was very nice and helpful. It is the closest hotel to Mad River

resort which was great and a good price. Not far from a big variety of restaurants. Will stay here again."

"We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along."

"This hotel is nice at its price point. We got king suit for $100. It needs some updates, especially a new shower head and carpets. The room could have been cleaner but was clean enough. The bed was very comfortable. If I need a room in the area again, I’d be happy to stay here. "
