It was good

Beautiful! Made us feel like we were special and on holiday! Didn’t want to leave. Great food, great staff, big rooms - fresh air and clean

Fantastic stay. Highly recommend. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the staff were great! Only downfall was the laundry service. Washing machine and dryer took a really long time which wasnt great with people waiting and only 1 available of each. Other than that the best stay weve had on pur holiday so far.k

Good parking, nice rooms, beautiful old town.

Great hotel but a bit out of town

Great hotel, wonderful breakfast. A little bit further away from old town and main sights but this reflects in the price. Public transport only a few minutes away on foot and will take to main area in Heidelberg.

Absolutely a delight to stay at, the place, the room , the view, the staff and the food.

Great hotel, Comfortable beds and fantastic service. If you are going to work in SAP then the location is fine as it takes 10 mins to reach moreover the hotel provides free shuttle to SAP office. However, it is situated way far from town which is a down side.

Overall was very good experience but expensive and far away from shops and services

Great breakfast menu. One of the best buffets I've had.

A really lovely property in a great location. Will be coming back agin!

Staff were lovely when we arrived and very helpful. Hotel was clean, convenient and breakfast was good. Parking €10 behind the hotel was very convenient. Great spot to stay.

Stopped overnight during our rosd trip through Germany. Hotel dated but clean showing elements of the glamourous 4 stars that it was years ago. Stayed on the top floor within the roof but headroom not a problem. Not having a tea making facility in the room was a little annoying. Must be a German thing as we also did not have it in other hoteks. Heating in the room was excellent. The real clincher was the buffet breakfast spread and the better than average coffee served.

I really liked this hotel. It is a bit out of town but you can catch the tram into the city, the room was really comfy and clean. Had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious and also reasonably priced. The hotel is in a bit of an industrial suburb and yes there is a cement factory close by but it is still a great place. Has a gym and on site parking. Supermarket up the road. Would recommend to all.

Such a beautiful hotel in the perfect spot. Restaurants and views from this hotel were great. Short walk to the main shopping area. Really loved this hotel and would stay again. Only thing would be some more helpful staff with the local area. The restaurant at the bottom of the building was great. Our room was very spacious and a view over the bridge.
