"We had a good stay. The staff were nice. The breakfast was excellent. We are dissatisfied regarding the charge for the breakfast. Firstly, I was under the impression that breakfast for 3 was included in our room booking charge. The hotel said no! But they insisted on charging €20 per day for each room i.e. their charge for 2 persons in each room. But we were only 2 adults and 1 child. Very unfair and probably not right. I do feel cheated! "Hotel was great. Travelling for work and it is well located for business and leisure time. Gym is small but well equipped. Lovely restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good. "

"I’m a Hilton member and was initially told there were no rooms available, but they quickly found a room for me and even gave me access to the exclusive lounge. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, definitely one of the best I’ve had. The location is perfect—just a short 10-minute walk to Old Town. I highly recommend Hilton Heidelberg and will stay here again if I return."

"Although we only stayed overnight, the hotel was both convenient and comfortable, with a professional and pleasant staff, excellent parking and an overall comfortable feel. The room looked brand new, as did the rest of the property. The location was wonderful, easily accessible by car and only a few tram stops from old town. We would definitely stay here again."
