Cabarita Beach Villa

With a short walk to the beach, this gorgeous two bedroom, two and a half bathroom Villa is located in the beautiful Watermill Villas gated-community at the foot of the North South Highway just outside of Ocho Rios and directly next door to Old Fort Bay.

Your ideal vacation rental has a spacious open concept living room, dining room and kitchen on the first level with direct access to your private patio and community swimming pool. 

The upper level consists of two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. The bright and spacious primary bedroom has a  king-size bed and overlooks the swimming pool downstairs. The second bedroom, has two twin-size beds. Both bedrooms are outfitted with AC units, ceiling fans and Smart TV sets for your comfort. 

From downstairs, stroll out throught the french doors onto your private patio and follow the pathway to the community swimming pool. Enjoy the beautifully manicured landscape or light up the outdoor BBQ grill by the swimming pool for a lime with family and friends. A five minute walk from your Villa will take you to the private Old Fort Bay beach (key card access required). 

You will enjoy your vacation stay with us and when you leave, you will return again and again to this beautiful place.

It’s a tranquil getaway. If you are ever looking for a Vacay Spot to rest and recoup, this is the place for you! Everyone is always friendly and eager to assist. Definitely something you don’t find in Jamaica too often. We appreciated it!
