"My biggest suggestion would be to place security "key in" abilities at each unit to access the hallways to the rooms. This way any non-guest would not be able to access the hallways. Thank you."

"We went for a nice long weekend and had a wonderful time. The property was spotless and there were plenty of things there to get us started such as paper towels, etc. The owner was very wonderful at communication. I would definitely stay there again."

"Very nice beach house, well stocked. Incredible view from the master bed - you just want to lay there all day! Plus there's plenty of outdoor seating on the various decks to enjoy the ocean while having some privacy from other guests, or switch decks from AM to PM depending if you want to follow the sun or hide from it. Beach itself is very clean and plenty of sand now. Beds and linens are all nice. You can see both sunrise (a bit obstructed by the house next to it) and sunset (unobstructed) over the ocean, as the house faces south. It's maybe 4 miles away from "town" near the end of the island, which makes it quiet but not convenient to shopping/food."

"Loved our stay at the modern beach house. The house was bright and beautiful. My son loved the game room and I especially loved cooking in the kitchen. What I liked also was that there was not a house directly behind it. The view of the ocean from the porch was beautiful. I would recommend staying here 100%!!"

"Pros: the view was spectacular and beds were comfortable. Cons: carpets were disgusting and stained, deck needs maintenanced and rusty nails sticky up. Just overall lack of up keep on the entire house and outdoor furniture/appliances. "

Reached out to owner and was told she would send someone out asap, but no other communication after that. TV in one bedroom didn’t work and the sink in the kitchen kept getting stopped up. I understand things happen, but the lack of communication made me feel unwelcome and unsatisfied. "
