"The house was clean. The host was great we were able to check in early. The beach view was great. The kitchen was well stocked. Only a few things we would change. It sucks to bring in your own towels and sheets. The pillows on some of the beds need to be replaced. The shower curtains very thin and water in the room with the bunk beds comes out very slow."

"The Location was perfect can see the ocean and beach front back and front of house. For the first time in 25 years of renting. The pool really was heated. To the owners Thank you so much. Coming out of 8 months of winter it sure felt amazing. What a blessing and we needed it.To other guest you don't need anything the home even had great beach chairs, plenty of bath towels, lots of pool towels. The host has thought of everything. We will rent next year same time. Thanks again for the REAL HEATED POOL."

"Not my favorite property. My 6’2” husband struggled with the slanted ceilings and bathroom—he often hit his head and couldn’t stand fully upright. The property sits behind a house under full renovation, with trash and nails between the properties and along the path to the beach. Construction was noisy and disruptive, and the house was downwind from a port-a-potty, so we could smell it while sitting by the pool.We paid a high daily rate to heat the pool (more than we’ve paid elsewhere), but one day the heater didn’t run due to construction debris clogging the filter (per the pool attendant). We were still charged the full amount. The washing machine also didn’t work, and no credit was given.There was confusion about linens: a few days before check-in, we were told they were not included, so I packed my own. On the day of check-in, I received a message saying linens were included. I contacted the owner with proof of the earlier message and asked to remove the linen fee, but she refused and took no accountability.The issues with the house were frustrating, but it would have been much easier to overlook them if the owner had acknowledged the problems and worked toward a fair resolution."
