Our stay was ok. The commode in our bathroom was loose and needed to be tightened down. We let them know that when we checked out. Another thing we didn’t like was not really having an easy way to get around the parking lot. Had to walk thru the shrubs and stones to get to our vehicle wo having to walk in between vehicles - carrying suitcases and not hitting someone’s car was challenging. Also the stairway was dirty. The bar was not open by the pool; that was disappointing. Had to ask for more towels too. I guess they just didn’t have enough staff I don’t know.

Was nice location. Couldn't get room serviced when asked for it. Towls were limited. Ice machines broken on most floors. Rooms sandy and when asked to clean nobody showed up to do so.

The only good part of the hotel was the location and the fact that we had two king beds. Know that there are two buildings that make up the one hotel. The one with the street view/suites is not the main one where the front desk is. The fitness center is in the main building and it is old, hot, and basically has only cardio machines. The service was not great. I had a hard time getting ahold of the reception desk (the number on the website was wrong and the phone in the room didn’t work). Our toilet got clogged one night and we had to go to the main building to pick up the plunger as they would not bring it to us. Only one ice machine worked in the building which was a bit inconvenient since there are ice machines on each floor. The hallways are pretty dirty. I requested room service because they only do it by request and they did not come. I had to go to reception the next day again to ask for it again. Even when they did finally come they literally only did the bare minimum which was give us new towels and not take the dirty ones out and take out the trash. No beds were made, no extra paper towels or toilet paper was left. The parking situation is not great and although the overflow parking is not far, there’s little light in that area. Do not expect to park in the building parking lot if you drive somewhere for dinner.

Price was good, better than most nearby places. The hotel is right on the boardwalk and within a convenient walk to the pier, arcades, and everything you could need. The parking is packed, but it is free so nothing to add. The hotel has two pools - one on the 5th floor where the gym is also located, and this pool feels like a private pool as there weren't a lot of people using it. The other pool is on the second floor, which also has a bar, but unfortunately it is still closed due to renovations. One thing to add is that my room wasn't ready at my check-in time (4pm), and I needed to wait about an hour to get it ready. Overall, the rooms are clean but nothing fancy. I would definitely recommend this hotel because of the price and amenities.

No on-site restaurant and pool side bar. Only reason i booked was for that. Turns out it was senior week. The place was trashed all the time, loud partying into the early hours of the morning. Both pools are super small and filthy. They’re def not being maintained. For all the money I spent just to stay was not worth a third of what they charged me.

Only nice thing about this was the king size beds. The balcony door was so hard to open, the floor was dirty upon arrival, the toilet hardly flushed, the curtains were broken, and the bathtub had sand in it when we got there.
