"Clean room, breakfast on par, but Hot tub was a little dirty with soap scum lined on the tiles inside. There were no towels available on the second day I was there as well. "

"Very large room large bathroom with walking in the shower. Water pressure excellent. Buffet breakfast for a fee. À la carte French toast was cold. Probably just taking out of a warming dish for the buffet. No taste not impressed, but I would still recommend me staying at this hotel. Perfect location."

"I was really upset because the reason I booked the room was to get a good nights sleep but my room alarm went off at 6 AM! I called the front desk but all they said was it was the former customers fault and that they would tell the manager so it won’t happen to other people. It ruined my day of stay because I had not slept enough. It should not be my responsibility to make sure the alarm isn’t set at 6:00am"

As I had spoken to your front desk clerk, the hospitality and the service provived starts with them. Its not just ny wife and I. It was the other guests that had stsyed here during this time.
