"My main problem was the noise coming from other rooms. Being on the ground floor i could even hear the flushing in the toilet above. There was a dog whimpering upstairs. Cleaning; vacuuming etc was a disturbance."

"The Shower bay could have a better design as the Water went all over the Bathroom floor."

"Visiting the Carrington was a trip back in time. A beautifully appointed hotel, attentive service, and scrupulously clean. We had a non ensuite room but the individual locked “bathrooms” in a shared facility were fine. The hotel bar and lounge area was a great place to relax after a day of local exploration. We will be back."

"Great location just steps away from shops and Cook Park. Stayed 2 nights in the deluxe family room. Was spacious and clean. However quite noisy as expected as the motor lodge is facing summer road. Staff were lovely and check and check out was a breeze."

"The rooms has terrible air flow and ventilation and the aircon does not cool down below 20c. My wife and child were sweating and we had to talk sternly with hotel staff to get a small table fan which didn't help. Anyone who is a bit claustrophobic or expecting nice airflow and a cold room will be disappointed. Eventually we had to open our courtyard door to cope up. Paying 500+ dollars for a single night and having such a poor experience is not right. The manager and staff were polite though and they provided a form of compensation but our weekend getaway was ruined for sure. - Reception staff kept directing us to different restaurants with simple requests to heat up some pizza. we had to wait long time to get a simple request done. - Concierge desk is practically unmanned. - Plenty of things for kids to do and the resort itself is beautiful."

"We had great time staying in this hotel. Easy to check in. Friendly staffs . Gave us information about how to get around when we arrived. Room is comfortable and view was awesome. Short walking distance to shops and train station. Highly recommend. Thank you 👍 😊 "
