"This hotel is a nice upscale hotel right next to Georgetown and in particular quick access to a large number of Michelin rated restaurants. It is also very close to a variety of historic sites that you can easily walk to. It has a lovely roof top infinity pool overlooking the straight. The hotel rooms are all super clean and well appointed and modern. The staff was always very helpful and got to know us by name. It is also far enough from the more touristy party centres so that you feel like you are visiting and not touring. We walked to other hotel areas to see if they might be better but we concluded that when we return to Penang, we will stay at the Prestige again."

"Overall it was excellent stay, though the reception and the concierge were most of the time occupied, most of the time, 1 person at the reception, and 1 or none at the concierge, so it was not so convenient to sort out a few minor issues.
