"Our overall experience was fabulous. Clean, friendly, accessible, beautiful amenities. We did have a situation with guests using flash photography and recording in the hot tubs and were wildly disappointed in how the staff member on at the time addressed it (he really didn't do anything besides quietly and timidly ask them to stop) but maybe he was new, nervous, not good at confrontation so I won't hold it against him. We will definitely visit again! "

"The unit was very chic and modern, loved the music and zen feeling upon entering the studio. I recommend that the property provide English correspondence with instructions as all email and Expedia communication was in French and I would not book again based on that factor as French is not a universal language. Our pet was warmly welcomed, and it was clear that the hotel genuinely accommodates guests travelling with dogs, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
