Loved the high up outdoor Onsen with the whole bay in front of you and the spectacular mountains. Western room don't get the view so make sure you get a Japanese style room if you want it. Older hotel and our room was smokey and the bathroom was a bit smelly too but overall a good place to stay if you are driving- there's no restaurants open nearer than 15 mins drive in winter.

十分喜爱这个安静精致的酒店。早餐是速热型的 但是还是十分美味。服务人员非常有友好且有耐心。推荐

This hotel had everything one would need for a short or long stay. It went beyond my expectations in both the facilities/ amenities and staff service. The location was perfect close to everything and a two minutes walk from the station and bus terminals including the tourist loop bus. Amenities that were not in the room like a can opener or board games could be borrowed from the front desk. There was a “market area” where you could buy your ice creams snacks and nibbles. Perfect place to stay in Kanazawa. Lovely atmosphere, kind staff, clean and elegant lobby and rooms - photoworthy on their own. Nice art display and library. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for having us

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. So clean! Staff very friendly!

This is an authentic Japanese experience; it is in an out-of-the-way part of Kanazawa but there is a regular shuttle to the Station. The best thing about our stay is the staff service. They were all amazing and made you feel very welcome.

Comfortable bed and close to the train station. They also supply free spring water from the Tateyama alps. Free tram tickets for hotel guests. Just ask the front desk.

Large luxury rooms by Japanese standards. This hotel is very upmarket.Situated across from train station and shopping

Perfect location. Beautifully presented modern stylish hotel. Very spacious rooms, especially by Japan standards. Useful having access to self use laundry in adjacent Hyatt House.

We spent one night during our 2 week visit to Japan. We are a family of five with 3 kids under 7 years old. We loved the location as it is located closer to the train station also plenty of dining options nearby. Also the hotel has a 7-11 in the ground floor. Nice and clean rooms. Overall had a great experience.
