Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff. Great loction! My only negative is the restaurant in the hotel is quite pricey and only offers a fixed price menu at dinner so if you're not very hungry you need to go elsewhere--there weren't many menu options at the bar either.

A beautiful hotel very conveniently located. The room was very nice, spacious, with a nice view of the garden. Great breakfast buffet and we also had an excellent dinner at the hotel. Overall an excellent choice - it had a distinctive Japanese style and feel but was comfortable for westerners. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel, great location only a few minutes to the edge of the park. Also very close to the markets and places to eat. Our room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast has a good variety. Overall a great hotel and we would definitely stay again!

A beautiful property that is located near restaurants and local attractions. The lobby is stunning, and I love the carpet with the sakura. Their bath soak packets were the best of all the 6 hotels we stayed at in Japan. Our room was spacious and very clean. The layout of the bathroom was super functional. The bed was really comfy. The breakfast was phenomenal! There were so many selections that I don't think I tried everything even though I was there for 3 breakfasts! The staff was friendly, helpful and respectful. This hotel was one of my favorites!
