An excellent place to stay in Kanazawa. We found the staff easy to deal with and good communication. The only issue is we found the breakfast quite expensive, although it was a good buffet. Definitely would stay there again.

Hyatt House is a great hotel in an extremely convenient location near the train station, restaurants and shops. The two bedroom apartment (a suite with kitchen and twin bedroom linked to a king room) was very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped but dishwashing tablets in the room, a dish rack and higher temperature water from the sink would help its functionality. No breakfast is served at the hotel but there are food outlets, convenience stores and supermarket in the building and nearby. Free drinks are available in lobby lounge. There is a guest laundry.

This was an amazing hotel for family. It was a bit more relaxed than the sister hotel next door. Great proximity to the train station. The lobby features free drinks, which were great for enjoying happy hour.

This hotel had everything one would need for a short or long stay. It went beyond my expectations in both the facilities/ amenities and staff service. The location was perfect close to everything and a two minutes walk from the station and bus terminals including the tourist loop bus. Amenities that were not in the room like a can opener or board games could be borrowed from the front desk. There was a “market area” where you could buy your ice creams snacks and nibbles. That area included a microwave & oven toaster. Fresh bakery items were available each morning for purchase as well as granola & fruit yoghurt mix. There were free flowing drinks all day in the lobby - wine sake, beer, tea, coffee, fruit juice etc The lobby was a large spacious area for gathering. The decor was fabulous. We had a studio with a kitchen which was large and very modern and recently renovated. Even the lifts seemed to be always there when needed. If you are thinking about staying here dont think twice. It’s great value for money and felt like a 5 star stay. There actually was nothing to fault this stay.

The room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and spacious. We stayed 4 nights at the end of February. Staff were kind and helpful and we very much enjoyed the evening happy hour drink station with all you can drink juices, tea, coffee and espresso, wine... Very close to the train station and mall with tons of dining and shopping options. Would definitely stay again.
