"The property is nice, decently kept but some minor improvements could be made. All in all a good place with a pool. Location is a little interesting. We had a ton of fun in the yard catching lizards, playing the ring game, in the pool, etc. We found ourselves venturing to Clearwater daily. Tampa wasn’t it for us."

"Michael was a fantastic host. His rental is very well appointed and nicely decorated. He had everything you would want or need for your stay. There was less than 15 minutes from Tampa airport in about 10 or 15 minutes to the port of Tampa. It was a perfect place to stay for a night before our cruise. We especially liked that it had three bedrooms for our family I would not hesitate to book this in the future."
