Easy Stay Near Stadiums

Made a quick stop in Tampa to catch a Rays game. This listing was convenient and affordable. Its perfect for someone on a budget and doesn't need a lot of amenities. This property was clean.However, it's older and doesn't feel nice and new. This didn't bother me and my guest, but you should know this.

Great stay

We booked this house because it was close to University of Tampa so we could visit with our granddaughter. It was perfect for us. Close to her school, restaurants and the old downtown. It's not a new place but was clean, everything we need was there and with the backyard, we could take the dogs outside for a while and let the run. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and close to port

Host let us check in a little early, which was helpful since we were all coming in from different locations. Close to Port of Tampa which is what we needed. Beds were terrible but everything was clean. Television was difficult to understand if you dont have a streaming service. Had to contact the host to assist. Quick response so I appreciated that.

In the heart of Tampa

My partner had a medical procedure in Tampa and we needed to be close to his Dr.. We don’t live near by but liked that the house was basically in the center of Tampa . There are plenty of venues to visit especially downtown. Our host was very quick to respond to any concerns which was at minimum. My partner had completed his surgery well before the 4 pm check-in and Wilson ( forgive me if I have your name wrong) allowed us to check in way before 4pm . The home was very clean & supplies were available: shower gel, laundry detergent, plenty of beddings . I will definitely recommend this location

The location was great for the Tampa Buc game. Easy ride to & from the stadium. Didn't really use all the amenities as we were only there overnight. Everything looked great. Beds were comfy. A bit noisey with traffic on the east wall of the house esp since we forgot our fans to drown out those noises. Ceiling fans would be beneficial. House was clean & festively decorated. Would recommend staying here.

The house itself was nice. The yard should’ve been cut prior to our arrival but wasn’t done at all. Chose this place because I had two small puppies but somehow it wasn’t recognized until after and ended up paying more money for pets(Big Surprise) Was glad I had the funds available since I was there to bury my Mother and had limited funds.

Lovely, Simple House Near Downtown

My partner and I had a lovely time staying in this home for a week (in January). Some thoughts: The property is next to construction/manufacturing lots so the area doesn't feel super neighborhood-y. We felt safe, but some folks who are used to suburbs/street lamps, might get a little apprehensive at night time. This is balanced against being SO close to downtown. There were three bedrooms, but all are pretty bare. This is not one of the souped up mansions that other listings in the area offer. There is one bathroom and a kitchen with basic offerings. Some feedback: We had a hard time with the kitchen. There is not a lot of space to cook, and the cutlery/pots/pans/etc. are pretty basic (we were able to cook a few simple meals, but struggled a bit with dull knives, etc). Some of the pots and pans definitely had oil residue still from previous tenants (which is why we're giving a 4-stars for cleanliness). We also couldn't get the washer/dryer to work properly, despite many attempts. The washer didn't seem to tumble/agitate so everything got wet but not washed. And the dryer didn't dry until we did 3-4 cycles. We ended up bringing all of our clothes home dirty. All of that said, the host was very accomodating and communicative. We were allowed to bring our (small, non-shedding) dog and check-in early. They also checked in with us on the app halfway through (which we really appreciate). We would look at staying here again if we came to Tampa.
