"The property had been released before the re-plastering of walls had dried and caused the paint to bubble off the walls. The initial entry was a pantomime, intructions were to open the lock box on the righthand lower box with supplied code which did not work as it was the top box on the right side causing further calls to Stay with Us"

"Cottage in the most stunning location and the views breathtaking. Large cottage but the main bedroom with the en-suite a small bedroom . The bedroom downstairs with the single beds , dark and not inviting, a few flies. Large kitchen , lovely agar. Plenty of pots and glasses etc.Would benefit from an American style fridge as the food for 6 people and 2 children did not all fit in the fridge. "The house is a perfect location for a short walk to the beach, it is spacious enough and adequately stocked for a large family."

"This was a fantastic cottage with wonderful amenities and set in the most beautiful location. Peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed walks to the beach and to town every day. Comfortable and clean with plenty of room. The entertainment garage was a bonus. "

"We booked the property to celebrate my father in laws 80th birthday so there were lots of people ranging from 2 months old to 102 years old! The house itself is fab and the accommodation on offer was great. Location is excellent being near Bolam Lake with some good walks. We had a few teething problems in terms of heating and some supplies but all in all had a good stay"

"This property was lovely - a couple of issues - water glass in bathroom was not clean from previous people and the controls on the shower could not be used from inside the shower - small points but all in all a lovely clean home - thank you so much "

"Lovely, comfy, clean room. Tea and coffee facilities. Ideal for what we needed for an overnight stay. Does not supply breakfast but can purchase at the pub 5 mins away"
