"A great base for exploring the far north. Big house with plenty of room, probably suitable for 2 families traveling together. Host was friendly and welcoming. They live on the same site but are not intrusive at all. The kids thought it was the best place we have ever stayed in."

"Overnight stop before hospital visit. Room had been upgraded. Clean, tidy, warm. Sound proofed. Blackout curtain. Huge feature mirror. The only downside was lighting. Two switches - either all lights or one above the bed - bright enough for reading light. Overall - best sleep I have had for a while. Worth the extra $$. "

"We were really impressed with the unit. Spotless and up to date. I confess, being a clean freak, I tried to find some dust and couldn't. We really couldn't fault it. Comfortable bed, everything you need in the kitchen. The view was amazing, and it was an easy walk to bars and restaurants. 10/10. "
