"Parking was supposed to be free and then when you get there, parking in front is free but it is always full and they charge you to parking in their garage. This is not truthful, I don't appreciate this. Overall an excellent hotel, high quality service. Bed was amazing and the food was great too. Lovely staff. "Had a really nice stay, the staff were really polite and helpful especially Christina. The hotel is located near a metro station which makes it easy to travel around Milan. The breakfast options were nice and the room was clean. The only thing was the light switches in the room were hard to figure out at first but we asked the cleaners for help and they politely helped us. All in all a very good hotel with very nice staff in a good location. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would...

"Not walkable to any major public transport. Convenient to get to major attractions in 30 mins like Duomo in 20 mins drive "

"We had a good overall stay. The room was nice & clean, but there were a couple of shortfalls: you couldn't open the room window for fresh air & ventilation and the room temperature controls wouldn't seem to work so it was slightly chilly in the room during the night. Other than this all good, nice selection of foods for breakfast. Thanks"
