"The property is not near any restaurants or shops and is surrounded by abandoned buildings. It’s 30- 40€ to downtown. And apparently a 5€ tip was insulting. Bartender was unaware of how to make a martini?"

Would recommend and would come back. They also have a hotel in Florence that I would check out next time too based off the experience here. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. "
