"The lobby area and staff were great but the pool area needs some love. It looks old and run down and just not hyatt level. We like to spend a pool day and the outside looks like a pool area of a motel 8. Rooms are very basic and just need to match the lobby vibe"

"Our room wasn't ready upon arrival but the young lady at the desk called us when it was. The room was clean and functional but our ocean view was a bit obstructed by both our hotel and the one next door. Room 125 wasn't it for ocean view. There is direct Beach access and we didn't have a problem parking which was $10/day. The bed was comfortable and there was a fridge. The breakfast was mid but at least there's was a turkey option. TREAT YOURSELF TO STEWBY'S it's down the street on the left."

"lovely place to stay. My only complaint was that people were sitting in the middle of the complex till very late and you can hear everything. Nice area in the middle of complex with chairs and good vibes as well as pool. And between rooms there's a big gap between the doors people next door were noisy and woke us up at 6 . otherwise location, amazing . breakfast cute. coffee 24 /7 ."
