"Always a great experience here. Staff is great, great food and bartenders are great, kind and gracious. A side note to people reading this…. I personally witnessed people ordering 4 espresso martinis and numerous other drinks and either tip the bar 1$ or NOT tip at all!!! Shame on people who see how hard they work and NOT tip well but use the excuse…. “I’m broke dude”….. well how about NOT order 50$ with of drinks to begin with? Treat the Staff at HCML better!!!"

"Beautiful property located above Sedona with an amazing 360 degree view. This is THE spot tour operators bring their patrons to view the sunset which is magical. Check in took 2 minutes. None of the typical BS you normally have to put up with just to get into your room. Parking within 25’ of my front door. Dinner at the restaurant just one block away was 5+ Star. Super cool + super dog friendly. This place is so spot on all of the staff and guests are happy. "

"I haven't drank coffee in years but it was a good room coffee. I don't need the TV. I thought the bed was amazingly comfortable. The shower is absolutely great. They have a shower coming out of the ceiling which is wonderful and way better than it being too low. I thought the toilet was a little small. Both low to the ground and hard to use. The view out the bathroom window was exquisite. There's little damages everywhere. The refrigerator froze my soda. They have to check someone didn't turn the fridge on freezing when they clean the room. I know worse hotels for this price. I thought it was very nice and I look forward to staying here again. The train wasn't too loud especially with the AC on. "

"One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in at budget pricing. Great price for a stay that also included breakfast. Most hotels in this price range do not have free breakfast. Room was very clean. "
