Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
if you are looking for a small room in the historic hotel right downtown Williams then this is it Wonderful staff at desk and a great breakfast
needs a few repairs Our room 5 had a nail the had come up in the floor
a few pieces of trim missing in bathroom
The room was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have already recommended it to a friend that is thinking about coming to the area in October. We will stay here again if back in the area as well
We had the best time. The room was so nice and so cute. Bed was so comfortable we loved how close to everything it was! Very clean and the staff was so nice!
Is in the perfect location, our room was facing Route 66, and while not the quietest, the view was great. The building is over 100years old, nicely restored and with lots of charm. It felt like stepping into a movie. The staff was awesome, and they told me they have a ghost tour!
This was a beautiful historic hotel. Also, it had a very convenient location in the cutest town of Williams, AZ. many cute shops and restaurants around!!
Check in was easy. Front desk was very helpful. Room was well equipped and very clean. Would consider adding a work area, desk, to the library area. Parking was close by.

Liked: Staff & service
Beautifully designed hotel - the attention to detail was evident. We loved the friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful decor, and comfortable beds. The breakfast was perfect as it opened early and included quality options (boiled eggs, high protein yogurt, etc.) - great for heading out for hiking. They offer haunted hotel tours for those so inclined.
This hotel is beautiful. It is one of the cleanest places that I have ever stayed at. The location was perfect being in the center of town. The owners and staff are the sweetest people you will ever meet. Would highly recommend and I look forward to our next stay here.
Staff excellent! They were kind and helpful!
We stayed in carriage house #2
Breakfast was extremely limited even for free. We went elsewhere.
Room was nice but needs more places to lay items ( ie tables etc)
Shower is extremely small. Very awkward. Bathroom appears to be and add on.
Lobby and library very nicely decorated.
Hotel is right on the main drag and very convenient to all stores and restaurants
