Best Western in Northeast Florida from NZ$196

"Our remote didn't work, so we had to move rooms. The restaurant on premises' food was not good, the bed was uncomfortable, the same piece of trash was on the floor in the hallway the whole stay. We ordered drinks at the bar. One was WAY too strong, the other didn't taste like alcohol at all. The place was nice and the staff very nice. "

"When we arrived a bit before check in time we asked to use the pool while we wait and were told that would not be an option, unfortunately. Even though I had called ahead and was told that would be fine. Throughout the stay the staff was inattentive. Our room was not cleaned and the staff seemed "bothered" that we were asking a question or for simple help. Not a great experience. "

"Only got one bath towel for two people. There was a day were the room was not serviced. $15 dollars for parking was a ripoff when there is a free public lot next door. "

"The hot tub jets didn’t work, and the outdoor spaces were unkempt, but the room was clean"

"The property is very old and while they tried to renovate the interior, the furnishings are cheap, chairs filthy, and tiny flat pillows. Ample parking however and linens were clean. Biggest thing is the bathroom door was too small for the opening and left a gap where you could see straight in"

"The staff is excellent very friendly Darius and Stephanie were very helpful! The cleaning staff were great and very helpful! I was on the 6th floor everyone very friendly! May need a few upgrades in the bathrooms but it was okay. Need microwaves! "
