"Location was fantastic with the view from our second floor room of both the dunes to the east and Provincetown to the west. It is right on the bay beach. You can walk to the water without crossing a road. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. The environment here is damp and the property showed that a little bit. The room was a musty and the bathroom ceiling paint was peeling. But it was a very short drive to the center of P-town, it had comfortable beds, it was quiet, it suited our needs. If you need a fancier place you will have to pay more in this area. Otherwise Blue Sea is a fine choice."

"I was suppose to give 5 star but my request for the sea view window was not granted. Otherwise, I highly recommend the hotel."

"Some things could use updating and some things could have been cleaner (both minor). But overall I enjoyed the stay. The location was great. And communicating with Kathryn was wonderful, so warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay again!"
