"Everything at the property was found exactly as described. The host, Jenny, was extremely communicative as to the booking. She even alerted us on the day of arrival that it was possible for us to check-in early. Towards the end of our stay I alerted her to a small concern that I thought she would appreciate knowing about before it became a "large" problem. She immediately offered to have it cared for the next day. Although I declined her offer, it made it very clear that her concern is for you to have the best vacation experience possible! "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Extremely nice furnishings, everything you need and more. The cottage is private with a great location. Directly across the street from Ocean Edge Mansion where we had breakfast on the Terrace. Walked to the Snowy Owl for coffee. Good communication with homeowners. Will definitely check availability for future Cape trips. "

"Amazing property by the beach. We stayed lil far from the main villa. Even that area had its own pool and restaurant. Apartment was clean and spacious. Definitely recommend stay here "

"The house is in a great location being close to all of Brewsters amenities but also having a beach at the end of the road. We didn't get to use the kayaks as the weather was great, but it was good to know they were available for us. We had everything we needed in the house and it was better than we expected. As it was just the two of us we didn't try the pull out bed. Even though we were there in the bad weather the house stayed nice and warm. We would come back here. "
