"This motel is a joy! I defy anyone to find better staff & service in a 5* hotel... Excellent advice on where to go and eat. The beach is about 3 mins by car and walkable in about 10 mins. "Well maintained resort with friendly staff. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable. Set just far enough back from Rt. 6 that car noise is no a problem. Attractive property. The food and service at Harrigan's (the onsite breakfast eatery) was superb. My only quibble is that our room was too dark. Don't know what could be done to brighten it -- maybe a ceiling fixture?"

"The updates being done during the renovation are looking good. Our room had a king bed and full-size bunks...all quite comfortable. The kids loved the bunks! The room was nice and clean (still had a bit of the fresh paint smell, but it wasn’t horrible). The location is great, lots of chairs on the beach and the pool (not open yet) looked cute.
