I always try to support local family run businesses and we definitely had a great stay here! When we arrived we were greeted by the owner, whom is lovely. Nice view of the Dunes, clean room, private beach access, free shuttle service to downtown right in front of the hotel, and comfy vibes all around. Thank you!

This location is a very good choice for those who want to Beach and visit. Easy simple access to P-town via the shuttle. There’s also a private beach available with plenty of room and clean comfortable sand for walking

Decent no frills place to rest. We only spent one night here. It was good enough for a nights sleep and a shower in the morning before heading out of town. Great location and comfortable just a bit outdated.

Right on the beach, good pool. Parts of the hotel have clearly been updated, other parts are still waiting, they’re clearly making efforts to update. It’s really clean and just a nice little hotel in a great location (9 minutes drive from Provincetown).

If you looking for a place close to Provincetown, that is the right place, is not a 5 stars hotel, the room was very smelly and old. The beach is good to go get some tan not to go in the water. The pool and hot tube was nice. The best part is that is very close to Provincetown 7 minutes away. Ill definitely stay there again but ill come prepare this time.

The room needs serious updating. Old rug, curtains, shades. Walls cracked in the bathroom. Hard to get the water on in the sink. The bed wasn't bad and the sheets were clean. They need an overhaul.

The Blue Sea is an old property. The older area, where we stayed, (rm 116) is original and desperately needs to be renovated. There is a soft spot on the floor by the tub, the shower faucet leaked continuously. The beds were comfortable and even though the property was full, our room was quiet. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We stayed 3 nights. Our second day, the room was not serviced which our decision. However on the 3rd day our room was also not serviced. My husband had to go to the office to ask for fresh towels. As I said before, the lady at the front desk was very helpful. The motel is on the shuttle bus line making it very convenient to ride to and from Provincetown. We stayed at an efficiency in a newer section several years ago and were very happy with the accommodations.
