This was our 5th year staying at the Cape View. It's always clean, well taken care of inside and out and the staff are great. It's close to Head of the Meadow, Race Point and Herring Cove beaches. The rooms with a kitchenette or the studio apartment come with everything you need to cook including gadgets and wine glasses. The pool is clean and the view of Provincetown Harbor is amazing. We love it so much we hate to let everyone in on our little secret motel for fear that we won't get availability when we need it lol

The view is beautiful especially at sunset. The room was clean, bathroom a little outdated, had a good size refrigerator with a working freezer which was nice as we typically pack a cooler daily foe the beach. Check in and out was very easy process and the staff was very helpful. It's our 3rd time staying there. Would stay here again!

Cape View is a find! Only a handful of miles from Ptown on a hill with a lovely view of the ocean in the distance. The pool was very nice. They provided noodles, tubes and towels. Many folks BBQ'd on the grills and ate at picnic tables. There was a self service fire pit, playground for kids and a lovely swing for looking at the view. The place is quiet and we enjoyed the amenities and the room. It is an older hotel but we found it very comfortable and will be staying there again.

This is a rather old but well maintained property a little off the beaten track. The only complaint I have with the property itself is that it is definitely not a sound proof structure. You can hear voices and footsteps. There was also some flatware and a couple of plates missing. The office closes at 6 pm so if you have an emergency (eg locking yourself out of the room) you are stuck. All in all however I had a comfortable stay.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is an older hotel that has its own uniqueness, and a great view of surrounding areas. The pool is awesome! The woman in charge is very nice (as she was last year when we met her). Its only a 10 minute drive to Herring Cove Beach. We would stay again.

Highly recommend!! Room with kitchenette had everything we needed for a perfect stay! Super. Lean. Updated. Comfy beds. All the supplies to make breakfasts and coffee and keep our lunch supplies refrigerated. Location is great for beaches, Provincetown and Wellfleet! Pool was fabulous - super clean, cool water and inviting. Will definitely return! Not posh, but better than posh is a genuine lovely and perfectly appointed motel that caters to the traveler who wants a warm welcoming well maintained motel with all you need to enjoy the outer Cape!!
