"Stayed for 3 nights ..The room for the price was ok but the pillows were very warn out & there were stains on the white cover blanket . Did find a tick on the cover blanket that was concerning. I did have my dog but it wasn’t like I went in the woods.. just had him on the common grass. The grout in the bathroom was gross, mold in the shower on the walls . But 10/10 shower pressure and heat!! I’d go back for the shower pressure for sure but not sure I would stay there again ."

"My lady and I stayed June 19-21. I love the location. It was right on the beach with a short walk to the water. The room was ok. It could use some updating. The price was great due to the fact of the location and the weather was perfect all 3 days. I like to stay at different types of properties when I venture to the Cape but I would stay atb this location again given the opportunity."
