"Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Customer focused to make sure a good experience was had. Kids loved the pool and waterslide. Breakfast was perfect for kids, lacked some nice bonuses like eggs etc. You do get what you pay for here! "

"First off, there is no parking at the property so unloading your luggage is a pain! Secondly, if you need a cool room to sleep, I strongly recommend you skip this hotel. We had a west facing room on white ave that got very hot at night. You can’t exactly open the windows because of the party noise from the nearby clubs. And the property does not turn their AC on until the summer, as per management. Fortunately management was reasonable to deal with and helped compensate us for the issues."
