"This is a comfortable, modern, and clean home in a cute and safe residential area of East Sacramento. Within walking distance to good coffee and tasty restaurants. It was also close to McKinley Park, which is a great place to exercise, enjoy the baby ducks and geese in the pond, and the beautiful rose garden in early bloom."

"Booked this place for an annual conference at the convention center. Home was clean, cozy and stocked with all necessities. Hosts were great and check-in/out was seamless. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is the neighborhood is a little rough and traveling as a solo woman the neighborhood got sketchy at times."
