"The location was perfect. There was only hot water, off and on, in the first week, but this was resolved and had it consistently in the 2nd week. We felt safe as there was a coded gate to the premises as well as the front door. You can definitely tell there are multiple people living above this rental, but it was quieter at night. There were a few other bumps, but overall, I liked this rental."
