"New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville."

"Owner George is a stand up dude, very personable. Casual & clean studio, safe with double coded locks. Full kitchen able to cook all meals if one chooses. Very comfy king bed, strong shower head. I def would stay here again if I visit Roseville in the future, thanks you George!"

"It's a nice old flat. The unit is the end apt. in like a 6 apt. house and edges on the street and an alley that is like a street. So, for privacy, I'd keep the curtains closed and didn't get the wonderful light in the picture. You get a parking pass for the street, but parking can be challenging so give yourself extra time. The kitchen was big and well equipped; it's great to have a washer and dryer, but the dryer is very noisy so don't plan on going to sleep with it running."

"This property was great & wonderful for our stay. We were in this unit for 5 nights, it was very clean & very peaceful. Bed & pillows were so comfortable. The property did not lack closet space but it did lack a chest of drawers to lay your clothes in. It did have a hanging cloth shelf compartment but after my hubby put away his clothes, there was no space for my items! Maybe 2 of those hanging compartments would be idea. "Great location! Everything is in such close proximity to the loft:) we stayed specifically for the Kings games at golden 1 center. We didn’t even rent a car. Short Uber rides everywhere. The DOCO has a lot to offer but I was pleased with the places walking distance from the loft. The temple for coffee. Cantina alley is fun and “The Sandwich Spot” always hits the spot. Definitely recommend"
