"Starting negative. Management company expected a 5 star rating, if not then to call them. Honesty that caused a one star deduction alone. Honesty works better. Next is the neighborhood. Sketchy given the run down trailer park nearby. Then there is the bed. You need stairs to get up to it. Good lord, trying to get down at night if you have to use the restroom. One small stool, and a broken shelf is not acceptable for adults. Finally, the view and waves sounds are fantastic. ...

"I’ve stayed here many times and always been happy with it. They have changed several things in the last few years, both good and bad. The only real issue is the wi-fi needs a serious update. And the pet cover that has to go over the bed before a dog gets on it is an already ruined sheet which is pretty gross. I’d stay here again but maybe not with a dog. And hopefully the WiFi gets upgraded."

"Room was standard. No central AC. just a box fan. but the patio overlooking the harbor was beautiful and allowed for cool air to circulate the room. Parking could be difficult. Checking in was difficult as there was a really long line."

"It was a very cute room, very clean. Very close to the beach. The only negative thing I have to say. Add more parking. We were there 2 days and both times we had to walk much further then we should have to get to our building. Why don’t you assign each room a parking space. Beside that everything was beautiful and great"

"Why stay? The balcony view into the bay. We were on the 3rd floor. We watched the tide come in, and with it harbor seals. We also enjoyed the sunset although we also went to the pier next door for another view. Loved that the room had a modern decorating flare and it was big enough that it also contained a 2-person couch. The exterior is a little beat, but that's life beside the ocean water."
