"Close to everything, Fairly clean, quiet, living room furnitiure need replacing, springs are worn out. Fitted bottom sheet on all beds are too small, so you end up getting up several times to fix the sheet so you are not sleeping on the mattress, need to replace with larger pocket sheets. Toilets and sinks upstairs are very low. Pool area is good. but outdoor pool is not heated. Courts in good condition. The balcony off master bdrm had no patio furniture and the patio furniture on the main level is very old and worn out. A Barbque would have been nice."

"I stayed in room 227 it was beachside King room and there was no obstruction to my view it stayed perfect temperature no matter where I put it on the thermostat it was right there and it had everything we needed for our stay including dishes which we loaded in the dishwasher before we left the staff was amazing the room was spotless I was definitely impressed."

"Very nice home. Great location. Wonderful pool. Fun games but one game did not work and pool table did not have correct balls and cue sticks did not have tips. Rooms were ggreat except bunk beds were very wobbly. House was very roomy and comfortable for a weekend trip with moms and daughters. "
