"The hotel has not had any maintenance done to it for years and it shows "

"Floors on all rooms were dirty! Elevators in our building and the parking deck were often inoperable. This was supposed to be a non smoking facility but there was cigarettes and marijuana being smoked, the smell was very obvious. Overall would not recommend this property. "

"We were extremely pleased with our stay; the villa was perfect! Clean and extra spacious for our gang! We had 9 children ages 1 to 17 and 6 adults. I would highly recommend this property. "

"We enjoyed our 6 night stay at this clean and cozy cottage. Excellent communication with the host. The location is just minutes away (driving) from great restaurants and activities and located so exploring up or down the coast is easy to do. Equipped with a nice fridge with easy access door for items you use often, nice washer and dryer in its own laundry room. A/C keeps the cottage cool or warm nicely. I love the little coffee bar. Pet friendly. Smart TV in main living room and in front bedroom. The road can be busy at certain times of day but this didn't bother us at all, as the coastal area itself is busy. We have a good bit of travel experience and found this cottage to be pleasant and perfect for exploring the area and being comfortable! "
