"Let me say this first. The details tell you this is not a 5-star. There were leaks, broken doorknobs, toilets running constantly, and one bathroom that just didn't work period. It could use some upgrades. The weather was bad, but that wasn't in their control. We were more disappointed in that than the minor inconveniences of the above mentioned. With all that being said, it did not stop us from enjoying the home. There was plenty of space to gather as a family or if you wanted to be alone. The host was very attentive and responded whenever reached out to. The house was steps away from the beach and close to many locations, whether grocery stores, restaurants, or attractions. I definitely have this location saved for future trips. "

"No question has become a bit 'worn'. Ceiling with stains and cracks, furniture getting 'worn' and garbage disposal inoperable. But its a beautiful house, we like the location and hope to stay again in future."

"I stay at VRBOs 4 times a year. I have never had such a bad experience. On the 1st day, we got into the pent house with a secure code entering through the 2nd floor garage. The problems started with every time we went out to the beach we could not re-enter the building. I kept sending Ruben messages requesting the building code but he refused & told us to walk up through the garage & enter on the 3rd floor (because the main and 1st floor were also locked). There was no walkway in the garage so with blind spots for cars we did not feel safe. So we begged residents to let us in after waiting for long periods of time. Also on the 1st day we also encountered a primary bedroom with no electricity. No lights, no fans etc so I again reached out to Ruben who ignored me. On the second day, I spent 1.5 hours navigating VRBO bots to get to a live person to explain we were constantly locked out and 1 bedroom was not useable because it had no electricity. VRBO got Ruben on the line. Ruben was rude and hung up, so VRBO called him back. Ruben reluctantly agreed to send someone to fix the electricity but refused to give the code. Someone came & found the fuse box & fixed the electricity. He gave us the building code. Day 3 a child pooped in the indoor heated pool. I called building security to report the situation & left a message. We noticed the pool was not closed so I kept calling. We warned people to keep out of the pool. Buyer beware!!!"

"Spent New Years week with my sister and brother-in-law, grown children and grandchildren. The house was very accommodating for our large group. We loved the size of the dining room table and kitchen bar. Pet friendly for our fur babies. The host was very helpful with questions and check in was easy. The only downside was it was not very clean and there are no pots and pans that can be used. The nonstick coating is chipping, peeling or gone. They really need a new set of pots and pans. We brought some pans of our own so it wasnt an issue for us. I highly recommend this home for a large group. We would definitely do this again!"

"The condo was spacious & well equipped. The view & beach access were outstanding. Separate bathrooms for each of the 3 bedrooms was a bonus."
