"Spent New Years week with my sister and brother-in-law, grown children and grandchildren. The house was very accommodating for our large group. We loved the size of the dining room table and kitchen bar. Pet friendly for our fur babies. The host was very helpful with questions and check in was easy. The only downside was it was not very clean and there are no pots and pans that can be used. The nonstick coating is chipping, peeling or gone. They really need a new set of pots and pans. We brought some pans of our own so it wasnt an issue for us. I highly recommend this home for a large group. We would definitely do this again!"

"Beautiful home!! Just as described in the pictures. The view is amazing, location is perfect, and the house is very large. We had a group of 18, 10 teenagers and 8 adults, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The hot tub was a hit among the teens. The movie room was great too. Perfect for watching the finale of stranger things on New Years!! Location is great for going to restaurants and Barefoot Landing. The men went golfing for a day which was super close by as well. Tanger outlets is also nearby. Host was responsive and very helpful! 10/10 getaway. Thank you Sue! "

"The unit provided plenty of space for family vacation. The unit wasn't set up as requested (all beds being made up as kings) but we were able to make it work especially with some family not being able to make it so we had one bedroom upstairs that wasn't used.The unit has plenty of items to use if you desire to cook at home. We only made breakfast and coffee every morning.The unit could use some work. Several parts of the walls were scrapped, scratched, cracked, and so on. You can definitely see in some areas where they try to put a quick bandaid on something before the next guest arrive. Toilet seats are lose, shower doors wobble, sink drains broken off, some doors don't shut due to they don't align, dry wall tape sagging, sliding doors are a pain to shut for the balcony's, kitchen counters wobbly, and so much more.If they renovated this place it would be amazing. It's in a great spot right on the beach. I would come back if corrective maintenance is completed. Also reached out to the host about parking passes and we still never received them."
