"Room was clean which is the most important thing to me. Check-in is fairly annoying, even though we paid full price for our condo, they really want you to attend timeshare presentations. After check-in, they didn’t bug me about it, so it could have been worse. Parking is very tight in the garage. Maybe cars were not as wide when this place was built, but 3 cars are supposed to fit in a space that’s big enough for 2.75 cars at most. Think Trader Joe’s parking lot only a little smaller. We could hear the music from the pool in our room, but it was fine. Just quiet background music. They let some religious organization take over the pool deck one night, and they had the volume on their PA turned up very loud. That was terrible, but probably not a regular occurrence. Management should realize that not everyone wants to hear that."

The biggest thing is to make sure you get one of the handful of rooms that actually have a balcony that fits a chair! Most are standing room only overlooking the beach. It is in the hotel's info somewhere, but we missed it and was very surprised to have a beach hotel with no way to sit on the balcony :("

"Great location where the drive to beach is about 2 min & can walk. Theres plenty of stores & restaurants nearby. The house is spacious & clean. There was an instance where we killed two roaches in kitchen from under fridge area but we're aware due to water & hot climate it happens.Downfall.. they only have someone that comes and cleans the pool Tuesday and Fridays.. however due to the trees by the time we checked in late the pool wasn't very clean.. lots of bugs & leaves in the pool and the pool net had a hole in it which didn't make it easy for us to clean and we had to wait 3 days for them to clean the pool .. of which the person's cleaning the pool were very friendly and did a wonderful job. Would have preferred the pool be cleaned day of arrival & once during stay. Those random two days wouldn't work for everyone depending on rental days. The cleaning filter in the pool didn't have alot of strength so it barely did anything. Outdoor bathroom very convenient but wasn't cleaned. Once cleaned the pool was awesome and very deep at end. Depth isn't listed in pool fyi.. so careful to those with kids. We were all adults so we were okay. The grill wasn't cleaned from previous but they provided tools to clean & we used alot. The property office was quick on communication & allowed us a later check out- we appreciated. Would have been convenient if the golf carts were included due to closeness of stores & beach. Not a paved clear walkway to deck on lake. Girls Trip 50th"
