"We had a bad experience. We walked into our room (immediately after check in), our sheets and pillowcases were dirty. Pillow cases had food and long strands of hair all over it. We called to front desk to have them bring us clean sheets and put them on the bed for us. We were advised by a staff member that housekeeping had left for the day and and they didnt know if they could be of any help. However, moments later, a maintenance man came up with a plastic bag full of sheets to fit a much smaller bed and we were told that we would have to put them on ourselves because noone was there to do it. Our bed was a King size. We called back to the front desk to let them know, and they sent the maintenance guy again with another wrong set of sheets. Staff also could not find a blanket for us to use that night. So, for the third time of the first night, we asked for sheets to fit our king size bed and we were again, given the wrong sheets with no blanket. My husband and I had to sleep in a room with no sheets on the bed. we had to piece the smaller sheets up just to have something to lay on. The bathroom was also nasty and dirty. I had to clean it myself before we could use it. The seat, floor and towels was dirty.We were in room 312, where you can see from the inside of our door to the outside of the door from the large crack between the door and frame. We could here every sound in the hallways and other rooms. Were unsatisfied. The manager said if youll give a refund, he'll approve "

"Floors on all rooms were dirty! Elevators in our building and the parking deck were often inoperable. This was supposed to be a non smoking facility but there was cigarettes and marijuana being smoked, the smell was very obvious. Overall would not recommend this property. "

"Kudos to the cleaner! Everything was spotless. Me and the kids loved the place. It literally had everything we needed. It was easy to feel at ease and right at home. We will definitely be coming back. The host was also friendly. We didn’t need anything from them because The rules were easy to follow. But they were welcoming which made me feel comfortable if we had. Thank you for having us! "

"First of all the communication with Hendrik was excellent! He sent very clear information about the condo as far as instructions etc.Any questions were answered so quick and never let us waiting. Our stay was wonderful! When we first walked in the hallway was long which wasn't a bad thing then saw the view..breathtaking! It was very clean and have no complaints about that which could have been a deal breaker. Being clean is the first on my list. Restaurants, shopping and anything else you can think of was close by car or even a little bit of a walk away if you don't mind walking a little. Overall our time was great with A communication with Hendrik and view was amazing."

"Grateful we could bring our dog. Fenced in backyard was awesome for coffee and same with the porch. U can hear the ocean when outside. Short walk to beach. House is so charming. Owners even had fresh flowers throughout and decorated for Easter including candy. Loved it so much! "

"We had a great stay. The Condo was right on the ocean with an amazing view... and we could bring our dog, who really enjoyed the beach. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels available, which was very helpful. The Host was always in touch and answered our questions immediately. "

"The home was clean, with easy check in instructions, and just a short walk to the beach. The small fenced yard was nice for my dog. The owner was great with communication, very responsive, and sent all the information we needed ahead of time. As described, the home has basic dishes, pots and pans, and utensils, but not oil, salt and pepper, spices, condiments, etc, that some vacation rentals have, so plan ahead if you plan to do cooking. My only suggestion would be adding a mat or rug inside the front door to prevent tracking so much sand inside - we take shoes off at the door and tried to rinse/brush sand off outside, but still ended up with sand everywhere. "
