Whalecome to the Knotty Whale! Whale Up (Upper unit of a duplex) is a four bedroom, two bathroom unit that sleeps 10 comfortably. This is a great option for families who want to be in a great location at an economical price. This home is located a block from Cherry Grove Beach (currently ranked the #20 best beach in the U.S. by Tripadvisor). Here, you'll find the best of what Cherry Grove has to offer. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a large eat in area. The living room has a 50" flat screen, smart tv and a brand new couch. Two bedrooms have 42" smart TVs as well.
New vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the unit. There's free highspeed WiFi, central air/heat throughout, and a washer and dryer in an exterior closet (shared between this unit and the lower one). There is a large front porch has a small dining area with several seats and it's perfect for enjoying your coffee or playing cards at night.
Nestled in the heart of Cherry Grove, you’re a block to the beach and a short walk to Sea Mountain Highway where you’ll find everything you’ll need while you’re on vacation (Boulineau's, shops, ice cream, pizza, mini-golf, bike/golf cart rentals, beach stores, etc). You’re also a 12 minute walk to the famed Cherry Grove Pier, one of the most famous landmarks around.
Each bedroom has a theme: Aqua la Vista, The Coral Cabana, Seagals and Buoys, and Swim this Way.
Towels and Linens are included in the price. We provide starter pack of toilet paper.
For larger groups - Whale Up can be rented with Whale Down (similar lower unit)-for those looking to travel together but would like separate spaces.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED-Primary guest must be 25 and present during the entire reservation, Quiet hours 10pm-7am, no unregistered or unauthorized guests or visitors allowed on premises without prior approval from host.
Maximum Guests: 10, primary guests must register the final guest headcount with owner prior to arrival, if more than maximum guests inadvertently stay at the property a $50/per person/night fee will be applied

There are charcoal grills available for use outside as a courtesy. Guests are responsible for supplies as well as cleaning the grills. Guests may see landscapers or members of our maintenance team during their stay on the premises.
