"The best part of this stay is being just steps from the sand and ocean—it's hard to beat that kind of access. The space had a clean, modern feel and offered a relaxing, luxurious vibe throughout. The owner was friendly and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. The parking spot is a bit tight—we were able to fit our Tesla Model Y, but it does make accessing the washer a bit tricky. Overall, it was a beautiful and comfortable stay, and we’d definitely come back!"

"We had a great getaway. The room was adorable and perfect for what we needed. We were on the bay side, but since it was at a light, it is a super quick walk over to the beach. I would grab coffee at the corner shop and go to the beach early and just enjoy listening to the waves. Location was perfect. "

"Our stay in this condo was great! - Check-in was seamless!- Comfortable home (with parking!), stocked with all that you'll need. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas to use. - Location was perfect. Beach right in front! Belmont Park is walkable in under 15 minutes, and restaurants such as Moe's and The Mission Cafe are conveniently located around the corner. - Most of all, Mary was so welcoming and responsive! We can't wait to return to SD and stay here again!"

The new patio addition is great for hanging outside. Plenty of parking makes it stress free on street sweeping days. The house is clean and modern with all of the amenities that families need. "
