"The location of the hotel was good close to everything and very close to the beach"

"Service was excellent. Very nice breakfast included. Rooms were. Ice but could be refreshed. I loved that they had a golf cart that could take you to the beach. We had a great time!"

"My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay at the last minute during 4th of July. We got lucky to find the availability but also the staff helped us check in and find a place to park around 9pm. The room was spacious and clean, a little dated but well maintained and comfortable. Not to mention it's right off the boardwalk, so a great central location to go out at night after a beach day. If you're looking for an early and quiet night, try a little farther from the boardwalk. But other than that a nice area to walk around. I would love to stay again for a longer period. "

"The Avenue Inn and Spa offers all the amenities that your family will need at a beach location. The hotel is also walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within several walking steps away. This is the second time our family stay here and we're looking forward to using this hotel for our next Rehoboth Beach visit."

"This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a great location on the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. We considered it clean, a bit outdated, and it would be nice if they had a couple showers available closer to the beach. The cleaning crew was very friendly, but could definitely be more organized, as they didn’t seem to understand when to clean the room or give privacy; there were a couple times that they tried to enter early when we were sleeping. Anyway, these were minor issues, and we would definitely stay at this hotel again. "
